About Us
Built on Trust, Not Upsells
Mike's Transmission Services has been a fixture in the Ephrata community for years. What started as a one-bay operation grew into the trusted local shop drivers rely on — because we treat every vehicle like it's our own.
We know transmission work is intimidating. You hear horror stories about overcharging and unnecessary repairs. We built this business on the opposite principle: explain the problem clearly, give you an honest estimate upfront, and only do the work that's actually needed.
When you pull into our shop on South Basin Street, you're not just another ticket number. You're a neighbor.

Why Choose Us
The Difference Is in the Details
01
Diagnose Before You Charge
We don't swap parts hoping something sticks. Every repair starts with a thorough diagnosis so you know exactly what's wrong and why.
02
No Hidden Fees, No Surprises
The price we quote is the price you pay — unless we find something that genuinely changes the scope, and we always call you first.
03
Quality Parts, Fair Prices
We use reliable aftermarket and OEM parts. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive — the right parts for the job at a fair cost.
04
We Stand Behind Our Work
If something isn't right after our repair, you bring it back. That's not a policy — it's just how we run things.
